JOB SUMMARY:  The primary role of the Service Desk Technician is to provide quality and timely technical support to bank staff. Other roles may include assisting with daily systems checks, ticket and patch management, on call support, inventory tracking, and systems imaging.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute across all operational activities of the IT department
  • Support the strategic direction and the design of all technology, infrastructure, software, and communications and networking systems, including the implementation and integration of external and internal business processing systems and applications
  • Administer Microsoft systems, including but not limited to, cloud-based systems, Active Directory, Office365, Azure, and Mobile MDM
  • Provide help desk support including ticket management
  • Primary resource for desktop and application software support
  • Lead Technicians for daily systems checklists
  • Administrator and maintain systems imaging
  • On call support
  • Managing new hire and departure process
  • Manage all Inventory tracking (desktop related)
  • Support for audio/video conferencing
  • Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates or college degree preferably in an Information Technology field
  • A minimum of 4 years of Help Desk/Customer Service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Networking certifications such as A+, MCP, Network+
  • A professional attitude, excellent customer service, and neat appearance are essential
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prior experience working in a bank environment with banking related applications a plus

  • Operate technology and other office machinery such as printers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with others
