JOB SUMMARY:  The AVP, Martech Product Owner, Digital Banking is responsible for leading and managing the digital banks client facing Marketing technology capabilities. This individual ensures a high-quality experience with minimal friction to the users, including MarTech (Marketing Automation, Website, CDP, VOC, Google Analytics/Tag manager and Privacy/Consent Management) platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with the Martech Lead to support the day-to-day delivery and product development of Marketing Tech stack, such as administration, integrations, evaluations, and implementation of various technologies
  • Assist with the execution of strategic initiatives and measure business impact and performance
  • Groom and prioritize the backlog of product defects and new MarTech features and capabilities
  • Recommend and implement new tools and technologies that will enable marketing automation
  • Define user stories for new MarTech features and functionality
  • Drive SDLC processes for relevant scrum teams, coordinate testing/releases and continuously align with broader team for dependencies
  • Build and advance the maturity of our Marketing automation and digital capabilities
  • Develop an overarching roadmap in partnership with functional marketing leaders and other cross-functional stakeholders, integrating new technology within the larger ecosystem, maintaining and evolving current integrations, and representing marketing in matters of data privacy and preference management
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements of new features and capabilities, and ensure the proper integration of marketing technology platforms
  • Coordinate with a cross-functional team of FTEs and/or consultants and developers who utilize the Marketing Technology platforms
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-6 years of experience in marketing technology management or operational management of client facing technologies with a wide range of experience in multiple disciplines required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Previous experience in product or project management with familiarity in SDLC, Scrum and agile working methodologies
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to assess and prioritize feature and functions based on business value
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity of Martech tools and platforms including CMS, CDP, Marketing Automation, VOC, and Privacy Management
  • Strong technical skills, with a wide understanding of marketing technology systems and integration methodologies
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology, and to recommend new technologies and solutions as appropriate
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Passion for user experience and drive user centric product decisions
